Brief Answer:
RBBB

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist .
The ECG shows RBBB with T inversion in V1 to V6.
RBBB is a normal finding in some persons, but to rule that out you should get a 2D Echo done.
So if echo is normal than everything is normal.
Thanks and regards
