Brief Answer:
Borderline Ecg

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Its sinus bradycardia, borderline st elevation in early precordial leads which is likely physiological, poor r wave progression, no other significant st t abnormalities seen.
Patient needs bradycardia evaluation and echo. He ll also need thyroid profile.
So, it's a borderline Ecg with some changes which needs further evaluation.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
