I have gone through your query and attached reports and understand your health concerns ,
There is two tissues are send for biopsy .
1.Cervical polyp .
It shows benign endocervical polyp , it means a lesion of the uterine endocervical mucosa, often associated with a story of contraceptive drugs or pregnancy. It was frequently confused with adenocarcinoma or premalignant glandular changes until its benign nature was recognized. ... All samples came from uterine cervix.
2.Endometrium.
It is totally normal ,tissue are taken from uterine cavity .
All reports are normal , there is nothing to worry .
