Brief Answer:
Take Bel ka muraba herbal and very effective.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I would suggest you to take Racicadotryl 100 mg thrice daily. If not available then take Imodium 4mg thrice daily. Once you feel relieved take Imodium 2 mg as and when required. Take isaphghul husk to add bulk to stools. These drugs would help you a lot.

Follow ups are welcome. Thanks!
