Brief Answer:
hi. there is no need to be worried

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to XXXXXXX Thank you for the query.
first, it can be found in healthy people and in most cases it doesn't indicate any disease. Everyone has more or less hand shaking because it is normal neural process in our body.
secondly,it may occur in metabolic imbalances such hyper or hypoglicemia( after exercise) , electrolyte imbalance or cofeine hyperdosage. So be sure that he is not taking any cofein or energy drinks.
Third and rare causes are neurologic or muscle disorders called neuromuscular diseases.this is very rarely seen at his age but if he starts experiencing dizziness, muscle weaknesses, loss of sensation or headaches,he should visit neurologist.
so I suggest at this point just to do basic blood tests to check sugar, calcium, potassium and irone levels.
if everything is fine then you don't have to be concerned. Till that he can take some b vitamin supplements which will be beneficial for his nerve system. Wish you good health. Regards
