Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It suggests a potential issue with the right femoral head epiphysis (the rounded end of the thigh bone) and the right acetabulum (the socket in the pelvic bone where the femoral head fits).

1. **Diminished Size and Asymmetric Ossification:** This indicates that the right femoral head's epiphysis is smaller and has not developed as expected compared to the left side. Asymmetric ossification suggests that the bone development is not uniform on both sides.

2. **Right Acetabular Index (AI) of 27.5:** The acetabular index is a measurement used to assess the alignment of the hip joint in relation to the pelvic bone. A higher AI on the right side (27.5) may indicate a shallow or improperly developed right acetabulum.

3. **Left Acetabular Index (AI) of 19.9:** The lower AI on the left side (19.9) suggests that the left acetabulum is relatively better developed or aligned.

This indicate a developmental or structural issue with the right hip joint. Such findings may be associated with conditions like developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) or other hip abnormalities.
Treatment options may include monitoring, physical therapy, bracing, or surgical intervention.
Yes comparison with ultrasound.

reason i ask is because it says no acute fracture or sublaxtion identified. and no evidence of significant hip dislocation bilaterally.
