Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

I reviewed carefully your ECG report and would explain that it shows a normal sinus rhythm, but there is QRS axis deviation in the frontal and horizontal planes.

For this reason, it is recommended to perform a cardiac ultrasound, in order to investigate for a possible structural disorder ( cardiomyopathy).

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Thank you! My report says P-R-T axes 54 95 1. Is that that axis you are referring to? Can you tell me what this could be indicative of? I know you mentioned Cardiomyopathy but could it also mean nothing at all?

I’m panicking.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

There is a right axis QRS deviation on the horizontal plane not shown in ECG prescription.

You shouldn't worry about it, as such ECG pattern may also be due to chest geometry and ECG electrodes positioning on the chest wall.

That's why a cardiac ultrasound would be helpful to differentiate the exact cause.

Dr. Iliri
