Brief Answer:
Human saliva cannot transmit STD/HIV.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Organisms causing STD are needed special environmental conditions for their survival which is not prevailing either in the mouth or in human saliva. So STI cannot be transmitted through saliva. Lysozyme is an enzyme present in saliva is inimical to certain organisms including HIV.

Unless the human saliva is contaminated with blood (due to oral ulcers, gum disease or other oral pathology), human saliva cannot cause STD /HIV.

Hope I have answered your query.
