Question: Can rubbing across the bottom of your nose or rubbing side of nose with heated hands after cooking or being around stove cause any change in shape or position of any part of nose or entire nose or slant the nose? The heat from hands after cooking or being around stove

No, this would not cause any change in the structure of the nose in any possible way.

There is cartilage in the nose that supports it and help to maintain its form. Placing heated hands on the nose or rubbing it would not affect the cartilage in any way.
