Hello,
I've checked the attached image...

I guess you don't have any cardiac disease other than hypertension. If just hypertension is there then it can be used, but BP should be monitored.

It can raise the bp which is not very marked usually, and importantly we can monitor it. So if it's necessary to take then can be taken. After initiation see the bp response, if there is no significant rise then you may continue it.

If you also have the possibility of other cardiac diseases like coronary artery disease then better to avoid it.
