Can One's Height Be Reduced At The Age Of 19?

Question: I am 19 years old before marriage I am 5.7 and I have one daughter as well but after daughter and marriage I gained height and I think now I am 5.9 I am getting worried about my height I am heighted and I feel shame everywhere plz tell me any technique any excrcise any treatment to shrink my height few inch. I want my height 5.6 is it possible or not

Firstly confirm thrice atleast that you have gained height.

There is no way to reduce height once it is gained. You can anyway appear shorter by other methods like wearing footwear with flat low heel, etc.

If you want to reduce your height surgically, a procedure called Ilizarov can be done to shorten your leg bones.
