Can Granular Pharyngitis Be A Sign Of Any Form Of Throat Cancer While In The Habit Of Consuming Smokeless Tobacco?

Question: Hello Sir,
i am XXXXXXX ,age-33,Yesterday i was diagnose with granular pharyngitis and ENT specialist advise me to hospitalize for further treatment. i consume smokeless tobacco and i little bit scare that, can it is a sign of any form of throat cancer??

i will upload my reports by today evening.
i visited ENT specialist because i suffered following difficulties from last 6 months.
These are:-
1)recurrent throat inflammation
2)change in voice,difficulty to speak some words,
3)blood through cough,
4)swelling in tonsils and continuous feel pain in left side of throat
As i gone through web,a little information read that,granular pharyngitis and pharyngitis cancer have reflect same symptoms and also pharyngitis may lead to pharyngitis cancer.
So, what can i do sir?
Any further diagnosis is needed?

Hello dear. It is certainly not cancer. However, if you have symptoms, then a direct layngopharyngoscopy test is warranted to look for cancer. You can discuss this with your ENT doctor.
