Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.
The diet of a diabetic is a simple thing.
One can have any food item, yes including sweet.
however, the portions of the food have to be controlled.
I usually suggest following a DASH diet. the details are available on my article on the site.
As fir multivitamins, of your food groups are not compromised, you need not take them. But there is no harm in trying to take the supplements.
As for bread , you can take it. Best to avoid. If taking, control the portion size.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
