When it comes to diabetes , one has to continue a diet pattern which they can continue for a long time, possibly, lifelong. This holds good for the diet for weight reduction too. Infact, there is nothing called diabetic diet. A diet which is low in processed meat, carbohydrates, simple sugars and high in fruits and vegetables is a healthy diet which helps in diabetes control as well as for weight reduction. This is the diet most adults should follow.
