Question: hello, I have 2 small blue pea shape lumps on my anus. are they blood blisters?

Once a hemorrhoid appears, wont disappear completely. So there is no permanent cure apart from surgery. But you may make them shrink and become less visible. To do that please try a cream with Hyaluronic Acid, sitz baths with an Oak Bark.
