Brief Answer:
No need to get worried

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Accidental spraying of bleach water into the mouth and subsequently spitting it out is the mildest form of ingestion. If he brushed and rinsed then there is very little chance of the chemical entering his system. You need not get worried as the correct measures were taken to handle the situation.

After accidental poisoning of bleach water which includes ingestion and swallowing of the chemical, following guidelines are recommended:
1. drinking 4-8 ounces of water or milk to aid in the dilution
2. NOT force vomiting to try and rid your body of the chemical. This is definitely
more harmful than helpful.
3. an individual may go to the ER for an evaluation if the vomiting and/or difficulty swallowing persist for more than an hour, or if they experience chest pain at any time.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any further doubts.
