Brief Answer:
May need a biopsy

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/67 - sore on nose - scab falls off every time on washing hair - can not get this to heal completely - not consulted a Doctor and not tried any medications...
Non-healing sore has to be taken seriously and may need a biopsy to know the exact diagnosis and have proper management.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Since when is the sore present?
Please post clear and focused pictures as it helps sometimes for on-the-spot diagnosis.
