Brief Answer:
A sinus infection does not spread to the eye.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

What you are describing seems like a conjunctivitis.
A sinus infection does not spread to the eyes, because the bacteria that cause one, does not cause the other too. But you may have encountered those bacteria that cause eye infection and due to low immunity, you now need to be treated for it.

You need antibiotic eye drops that depending on the country where you live, you may buy over the counter or by doctor's prescription.
Wash your hands often and do not use the same towel as with other people, because it can be very contagious.
Try to avoid touching the eyes with your hands as much as possible.

It needs 5-10 days to clear completely, depending if it is viral, bacterial or allergic conjunctivitis.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
