Brief Answer:
Bacteral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your blood report.

Your lymphocyte count is high.

The cause of absolute lymphocytosis generally is a bacterial infection

However cancer of blood or lymphatic system like leukemia can also cause it to be high.

But since you are not having any other symptoms like fatigue, weight loss and tiny red spots in your body call petechiae i do not think you are having leukemia.

But the confirmatory test to rule out leukemia is bone marrow test.

Brief Answer:
Due to teeth infection most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The increase in your lymphocyte count is due to the teeth infection for which you are taking antibiotic Dalacin-C which contains clindamycin.

Since your LDH are normal there is nothing to worry.

After the completion of the course of antibiotic, your CBC test will return back to normal.
