Brief Answer:
both are not needed to be taken together

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Allegra is mostly not needed to be taken with theraflu. Infact allegra contains fexofenadine which is an anti allergic. Theraflu is a combination and it contains chlorphenaramine which is also an anti allergic and work almost the same as allegra. So as theraflu already contain one anti allergic drug we don't need to take another one.combinung them may cause too much sedation. However if it needs to be taken, it can be taken but with caution as both the two drugs can cause sedation. Specially this combination be avoided if attention needed job is done like driving or heavy machinery.

Hopes this help you understand your query. Let me know if you have any further questions about it. I would be glad to answer that.
