For low sperm count, the best way is by IVF. You can try taking vitamin supplements such as Tab. Qvital C which has Coenzyme Q10 - 300 mg, L-Carnitine, and Zinc. If that is not available you can ask any other tablet with this composition at the pharmacy. Take it once daily for 3 months.
