Can Gestone Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Question: I am advised by my doctor to take Susten 200 Mg since I am in early pregnancy stage. But today since I forgot to take at home, I came to office and took Gestone 400 mg. Is it safe??? If not please suggest me on what to do?
