Brief Answer:
Have you had any symptoms?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

These medications are safe to be taken together. There is no interaction that can damage an organ or part of the body. However, modafinil can increase the concentration of citalopram and Strattera which may lead to dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, shortness of breath, or fast or pounding heartbeats during treatment with these medications. If you notice any of these symptoms, report immediately to your doctor. If you have not had any, then there is no need getting worried as your doctor might have adjusted the dosages taking this into account.

In all, there is no absolute contraindication not to take these medications together. What is required is that the dosages should be adjusted.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
