Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

From your history,I could not know if you are pregnant. I will be sharing general information , considering it to be useful during pregnancy.

As you must be aware that Alphadopa is anti hypertensive drug. And it can be used during pregnancy, it has been proved to be quite safe and effective to control blood pressure during pregnancy. You can take 250 mg 3 times a day or the dose can be increased upto 500 mg 4 times a day if needed.

Also, Metrazapine - i will recommend to take it only if needed.
I will suggest to be calm, cool, be positive, meditate. Try to indulge in a healthy diet and regular exercise. Indulge in recreational activity like exercise, painting, music, travel, photography, reading. Keep yourself happy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you great health.
