Question: Both me and my wife have Vitamin deficiency with value 21.38 ng/ml and 20.84 ng/ml respectively. Kindly advise the vitamin D medication and the duration it should be taken.

My age:34
My wife's age:31

Thank you for the response. My wife is now in USA for studies and she seems to get 10k tablet there. What is the dosage for it?
