Question: As per previous suggestion I started using KLM Klin face wash twice and glyco 6( in the night). But after started applying this, I getting a very bad itching on my face and wherever I applied gyco 6 , i see its too rough. What should I do?

Stop glyco for few days, apply moisturising lotion & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If you are having irritation with glyco cream stop using it for 3-4 days and apply a moisturising lotion.
Once the irritation and itching reduces start reapplying glyco 6 cream on the marks in very minute amounts and only for 1 hour at night.
After that wash your face with plain water and apply a moisturising lotion face before you sleep.
For itching take tablet fexofenadine 180 mg.
This should relieve your symptoms.

Is it mandatory to take oral medicine? I usually try to avoid oral medication as much as possible. I dont have cetaphil. I have sebamed and Calosoft aloe vera Lotion at home. Can I use them instead of cetaphil.

It is not mandatory to take oral medicines.
If you have few bumps they will get resolved with topical medicines.
Yes you can go for sebamed lotion as a regular moisturizer.

Ok, Calosoft aloe vera is also good right? Sebamed right now out of stock and Calosoft aloe vera i have one full bottle at home
