Brief Answer:
Normal pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
I can understand your situation
I have seen the scan report.Pregnancy is Intra uterine and it is normal.Thyroid function is also normal
However there are 2 to 3 fibroids in uterus.Usually it should not be creating any problem in continuing pregnancy.Hope you have discussed with your obstetrician.
You need to do regular follow ups with your obstetrician rather than treating online. You can always clear your doubts online ,but the opinion of your obstetrician is most important.
HOPE MY ANSWER HELPS YOU
