Are There Any Problems If A Positive Male Marries A Female With A Negative Blood Group?
Question: My son's blood group is A+ , can he marry a girl with a- blood group

There is no problem if your A+ve son marries a A-ve girl. However, after the first delivery, the girl might need to get an injection that can prevent any mismatch that could occur in case of a subsequent pregnancy if the first offspring has +ve blood group.
