As per your symptoms the possibility of mixed allergic and infection cause is high.
The possibility of a Gastrointestinal Infection coupled with dehydration is high.
I generally prescribe oral pills of Levocetrizine, Ornidazole plus Ofloxacin and Pantoprazole plus Domperidone to my patients with such symptoms.
It's important to maintain adequate hydration.
