Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Moles are usually benign and self resolve with age and rarely malignant. You should visit a dermatologist as these moles need physical examination and work up to rule out any worrisome cause for it. Asymmetry , border irregularity, color variation in different moles, diameter of new growths of moles and let your doctor decide what to do next according to the clinical correlation. They may surgically excise it or cosmetically mask it. They may take tissue sample for microscopic studies if need be. Till then, avoid peak sun times, cover yourself with sunscreen and broad brimmed hats, avoid tanning beds.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
