Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I reviewed your friend's uploaded echo report and would explain that in general everything seems to be OK, except for a mild left ventricle diastolic dysfunction and a mild atrial dilation.

All the above findings are quite clinically trivial and do not affect his overall prognosis and his life expectancy.

What is recommendable would be closely control his blood pressure values in order to avoid high blood pressure adverse effects and also to look after the underlying health disorder (rheumatoid arthritis).

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,
