Question: I was diagosed yesterday with bronchitis but have been feeling very light headed and very sleepy which is very abnormal for me. Are these symptoms of bronchitis?

I'm sorry, I thought that I mentioned the medications that i am taking, Z-Pac and Tussionex. Do either of those have antihistamine in them?

Dizziness, drowsiness, trouble concentrating are also the possible less serious side effects of the chlorpheniramine, which is one of the component of Tussionex you are taking.
