Brief Answer:
This does not seem so bad

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This BP and pulse are not concerning, this is mildly elevated blood pressure and just mildly decreased pulse rate. There is no need for additional medications at this point.

Your symptoms related to lightheaded may be a sign of some other issues such as low blood sugar or cervical syndrome. However hard breathing may be concerning since this is not a common symptom which occurs suddenly.

You should rest, but not lay on flat, try to have your upper body elevated. If this persists, you should see a doctor and do chest X-rays, ECG and further lab tests for evaluation.

Wish you good health.
Regards
