Question: Are doctors required to tell you if you have been THC drug tested at any prenatal appointment or is this something that they do not need to let you know? Also do they automatically test for drug use upon delivery?

They pretty well HAVE to tell you. Doing a test without someone's consent is pretty bad. And... the cheap test for cannabis fails due to cross reaction with other substances some we know about and some we have a false positive and never know the reason.
