Brief Answer:

Wait a while

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Although you can feed boiled eggs to a child of this age, we usually insist to wait a while.

You can start with thick liquids like dal water or fruit juices, gradually move over to semi-solids or mashed foods, and subsequently start with pounded food.

Consider your ABCs - applesauce, bananas, and cereal (rice, biscuits dipped in milk, or roti, or ragi softened with milk/water).

Boiled rice and dal with vegetables and give in mashed form. Once she is at ease with such food, feel free to introduce boiled eggs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:

Can be given

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

You can give. You can puree or mash one hard-boiled or scrambled egg and serve it to your baby. At around 8 months, scrambled egg pieces are a fantastic finger food.

Having understood that hardened yolk is difficult for babies to swallow, I HV boiled d egg only for 4 minutes which doesn't harden d yolk n remains in complete liquid form inside the half cooked egg white. I have been feeding this yolk to my baby since a couple of weeks. is this method advisable?
