Are these dangerous is there a way we can remove those.

I have gone through the details. Your complaints look like a lipoma. It would be helpful if you can upload some images. If it is a lipoma, there is nothing to worry about it but yes it can be removed surgically depending on the size. Usually, it doesn't grow into very big size.

Hi,

I do not know any safe and effective substitute for surgery to remove a lipoma. Lipomas are benign tumors of fat cells. Unless their location and size cause discomfort, interference with activity, pain or fast growth, they do not need treatment. Even if you plan to get it removed, it can be excised under local anesthesia.

You can try by applying Neem oil/flaxseed oil or green tea ointments, it may help.
