Question: Hello Sir,
Sorry to raise another question, but not sure what went wrong my previous query was not submitted.

I have not tried Sildenafil or Tadalafil tablets yet. However before going with Ayurveda treatment i would like to try Sildenafil or Tadalafil tabs. Could you please let me know the dosage process and things i need to keep in mind during the course?

Appreciate your response,
Thanks..

Brief Answer:
They are an SOS pills

Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply. I was busy due to personal commitments.

Tadalafil is a prescription only medicine. unlike your current Ayurveda drugs it is only as and when required pills. Your current drugs are to be taken as a course. You may check with your current doctor if you can take both the medicine simultaneously. Tadalafil tablets are available both as 5mg and 10mg tablets. I suggest this tablet to be taken 30 mins before you plan to have intercourse. This medicine can lower blood pressure. Therefore it is not to be taken if one has low blood pressure or heart issues. It should be used with caution if you are on antihypertensive medicines.

Please note that the suggested medicines are not the permanent treatment. It is only à short and temporary option before you can get back your confidence. As suggested earlier do plan counselling with a sexologist along with your partner.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards

Thanks for your response sir.

I get that tadalfil are SOS tabs and should be taken 30 mins prior to having intercourse. however should I go with 5mg or 10 mg?? Also, this capsule should be taken in normal water or milk??
for now, I've already stopped taking my earlier treatment pills. Also, I'll talk to my partner visiting a sexologist too.

Thanks again for your response.

Brief Answer:
Dose depends

Detailed Answer:
This medicines has varied dose ranging from 5mg to 20mg. But the usual dose given is 10mg. I start my patients with this dose. Depending on tolerance and effectiveness it is titrated accordingly. Hence it is recommended to be in touch with your treating physician while on this medicine.

I will urge you to discuss with your treating doctor before starting treatment.

It can be taken with plain water just like any other medicine.

Hope this helps.
