Hello
Thanks for consulting Ask a doctor service .
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query .

I have read your query and understand your concern. As far as shaking of teeth and cracking of gums is concerned it can be due to gingival (gums) or Periodontal fibre (fibres attaching to teeth) problem .

For this i will suggest you to upload pictures of teeth and gums that will be helpful for me to give you proper diagnosis.

Meanwhile, i will suggest you to do warm salt water rinses 2 to 3 times a day . Use gum paint local application of ointment on gums by consulting with local doctor. Brush your teeth twice daily.

Awating for pictures to comment further .

Hope this will help you.
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome

Thanks for uploading photos. I have seen your photo that you have uploaded .As fas as i have seen you have gingival problem. Your gum is receeding. Root is exposed. Thats why you are having tingling sensation due to senstivity and shaking of teeth are also due to recession of gum.

I will suggest you to apply gum paint like stolin or hexidine gel on your gums . Gently massage your gums with the help of fingers . Brush your teeth twice daily with soft bristle toothbrush. I will also suggest you to Consult oral surgeon for scaling and curettage of teeth for receding gums.

Hope this will help you
If you have further query i will be happy to help.
