Brief Answer:
Regarding acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

For mild facial acne you may use topicals like adapalene gel at night and either clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel during the day. These should suffice for mild acne on face. Whereas if your acne is moderate to severe grade (pustules, papules and / or nodules) and involves face as well as trunk you need to be on some form of oral treatment like either isotretinoin or oral antiacne antibiotic (either doxycycline or minocycline) for a few weeks to months in addition to the topical treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
