Brief Answer:
Follow up with a bit more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, I think it may be due to inflammatory response to the infection. Kindly follow up with a bit more information.

Please let me know do you have fever, ear discharge, cold, sore throat, history of trauma or injury to ear?

As you already consulted with ENT doctors, as per my knowledge for further assessment I would suggest you to do computed tomography of head including mastoid, complete hemogram and discharge culture sensitivity (in case of ear discharge) after ENT consultation.

Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Till then for pain you can continue tablet Ibuprofen. Do hot fomentation. Don't do ear piercing with ear plugs.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.... Thank you.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

As per your history, I would suggest you to do computed tomography head with mastoid, complete hemogram with culture sensitivity after consultation. You may require antibiotics as per the culture report.

Along with that kindly follow all measures as suggested earlier.

Let me know I can assist you further... Thank you.
