Brief Answer:
Reports are fine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through his reports and from cardiac point of view, they are fine.
Firstly, regarding his ecg. There are changes, but these changes could be related to hypertension or even obesity. Also, his normal stress echo and angiography rules out significant cardiac disease. So, he should focus on healthy lifestyle, regular bp check, Low salt, calorie and oily diet, weight loss etc.
Also, his cholesterol is mildly elevated. So, along with healthy lifestyle, he should also be on statin like Atorvastatin or rosuvastatin for short period. So, from cardiac point of view, he should just be on statin and monitor bp.
Also, his MCV is low in hemogram which is suggestive of iron deficiency so he should get iron profile done to confirm. There is osteopenia in bone densitometry report, for which he should consult orthopedician.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
