15 Year Old Taken Double Dose Of Suprax . Potential Risks Involved?

Question: 15 year old accidently took double the dose of Suprax...thought it was twice daily..doses spaced 12 hours apart. Are there any sever potential problems with this?

Hi,

Thanks for posting the query.

No, normally with a single extra dose, nothing can happen.

But do give him a lot of water to drink (2-3 litres a day) and an acidity pill to obviate any effect on kidneys and stomach.
