10years Back At The Time Of My First Baby Delivery
Question: 10years back at the time of my first baby delivery I developed piles which became normal after some days. I was taking some stool softener occasionally. Three months before in Feb'20 I undergone uterine fibroid surgery and blood transfusion and iron injections were given due to low haemoglobin level .after that I developed again the hemarroids.. Now it is acute with bleeding and sharp pain though the stool is soft.
I consulted two three doctors and took the medicine.. Xymoheal d for 5days.
After taking this tablet the lump and pain was significantly reduced but it was not healed completely.. I have taken Duphalac, miralax,cremaffin time to time to keep the stool soft as the pain is acute at the time of motion.
Now I am taking cremaffin at night. But there is still
bleeding and sharp pain though the stool is soft.
The lump is coming out partially after motion and after some time it goes back.
My question is is there any medication which will completely heal the hemarroid. I am taking sitz bath also. It us a nightmare for me to go to washroom as it pains very badly..
Please help.

1) continue cremaffin plus adjust dose to ensure soft stools
2) high fiber diet
3) plenty of fluids orally
4) absolutely no straining for stools
5) use western toilet if possible
6) take some analgesic like etody 90 one a day for 5 days if no kidney or ulcer problem
7) can take an antibiotic like O2 for 3 days twice a day
8) if still pain and bleeding persist may have to consider a surgery

Hi, I have taken O2and taking sitz bath.. It has improved. But still I have
A sharp pain while motion and a small lump around anus.. The lump is reduced after taking O2.I am taking cremaffin which is doing the soft stool.. Should I continue the O2.?? I have not taking etody 90as I did not have pain in normal time..

Can continue O2 for total of 5 days.
Try local application of ointments like anovate cream 15 min before passing stools in anal area. COntinue cremaffin for atleast a month.

Can I take daflon 500 for the shrinking the hemaroid?? If yes what is the dosage?? Can I take Etody 90 alongwith the daflon 500??

Daflon can be taken no harm but helps more when there is bleeding and etody can be taken with daflon as and when required for pain. Advisable to take etody to be taken for short duration say 5 days with an antacid if you do not have a previous ulcer or kidney problem.
