Hi there yes I did like your answer, gone of sugar, refined carbs and taking probiotic, antifungal in response to your suggestion I have candida. cheers

Dr Sonila thank you for your advice, I went to see a doctor to-day who carried out a quick urinary test and said there was quite a bit of blood although it didn't look that discoloured, he did an examination of my stomach and sides but saint that was o.k. Finally gave me a course of antibiotics to take in case it might be an infection. I shall go back to the urologist who carried out my operation on 6th January to see what he says until then I shall follow your given advice. Thank you.
