CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY
Coronary Angiography by Radial route ( wrist artery ) which is very convenient for the patient and patient can go home walking within 2 hours.
CORONARY ANGIOPLASTY & STENTING
Angioplasty & Stenting is also performed by radial as well as femoral route if deemed necessary. Patient and his attendants are shown the angiography results on screen.
PACEMAKER IMPLANTATION
Patients with serious heart rate abnormalities require artificial pacemaker implantation. Pacemaker implantation in cathlab(OT) under local anaesthesia.
CARDIAC RESYNCHRONIZATION THERAPY(CRTD/CRTP) & ICD
If you have heart failure,you may be a candidate for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT).Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) is useful in preventing sudden cardiac death in patient with known, sustained ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation.
PERIPHERAL VASCULAR INTERVENTION
A non-surgical procedure used to treat narrowing (stenosis) of the arteries.
-Peripheral angioplasty.
-Aortic angioplasty for coarctation and aneurysm.
-IVC Filter placement.
FFR & IVUS
Fractional flow reserve(FFR)and Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) are medical methodologies to determine the likelihood that the stenosis impedes oxygen delivery to the heart muscle (myocardial ischemia).
