Is It Safe To Go On A Isagenix Diet?

hi my friend convinced me to go on the Isagenix Diet . I eat 2 shakes, 2-3 of thier snack and a 5oz protein,, 1 cup carb & 2-3 cups veggies at dinner. What do you think of this diet? (I need to lose 20 pounds that has been on me for 0ver 3 years).

Thank you for your query. I understand your concern on losing weight .
In my view crash diets like Isagenix diet are not quite good for your health. The weight gained over a period of 3 years need to be lost in a gradual steady way.
Moreover the diet you mentioned doesnt fit the balanced diet required. A minimum of atleast 1500-1800 calories need to be taken by you considering you are of average height and moderately heavy.
I suggest you to take up a diet of 1500 calories, dedicate some time in a day for exercises, 4-5 litres of water and avoid all junk .
Follow this for 3-5 months and remember you need to be patient about shedding pounds. Never give up on the diet and exercise. Im sure you will see the changes within 6 months.
