Cough And Tickling Sensation In The Throat

Hi, the top jugular notch is very painful to the touch which I never noticed it until I happened to touch and put pressure on it today..so I don t know how long it has been hurting. I do have dry cough from time to time through out the day for years with no sickness involved. I feel ticking in throat that s why I cough. I only smoke socially which is like twice in a month. Please advice if medical attention is needed. I m 32yrs male. Thank you!

Best thing is stop touching jugular notch
Pain over there is due to inflammation in air passage due to frequent coughing. This coughing is most probably due to allergy. You need to take treatment from doctor for this allergic cough.
