I seen little BP and one of my releative doctor advice me to take cholesterol test and seen some values are not in normal. please advice me.
Hi Mr. Lakshmipathi,
I understand your concern regarding high BP and cholesterol. As you are only 34 years old it is most unlikely you have hypertension(High BP). Get it checked three times consecutively after rest. If you still have high BP then only it is considered as hypertension. Cholesterol levels can be high due to bad dietary habits. I suggest a healthy diet, daily exercise for good health
As I am being treated for high BP but my main problem is gas formation in the stomach.

This morning also problem surf
gas in stmach has no connection with BP. use omeparazole, Lactulose, Modify diet , increase fiber decrese smoke and caffeine with all stimulants. good bowel habits and you will find a difference providing you are compliant with the blood pressure medication
my mother at 52yrs and she is suffering from high BP what should I do right now?
We can decide the plan of treatment based on her BP levels and also the associated conditions like Diabetes. Let me know her BP readings (recorded twice atleast recently) and about past medical history, so that I can suggest more.
