My daughter has a series of lil white spots on the back of her leg and knee..she said that when she came home from the lake, she showered and as usual she scrubbed that part of her skin especially good. She said it started to sting a bit..what can this be?

Hi

Your daughter seems to have developed some form of an allergic reaction over the leg.
Sudden onset of such skin lesions are indicative of vector dermatitis . This is basically a type of skin sensitivity reaction due to contact with some insect. In other words this is basically an insect bite reaction.
She needs to take care of the affected part. Topical treatment with mild topical steroids might help in bringing down the allergic reaction .
