Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM.
2 years old child with wheezing and cough suggests either bronchial asthma or bronchiolitis.
In addition to the drugs you have given she needs a brochodilator syrup like Ambrodyl-S 2-3 times daily.
If wheezing is severe she may even need steroids.
Better consult a pediatrician and arrive at a diagnosis.
Hope this answer is OK for you.
Feel free to ask further queries if needed.
